Getting Back to School

Being in the midst of a global pandemic is tough enough; but, adding going back to school is just beyond the scope of what we can comprehend right now. There are so many unknown variables and we want to ensure that our children and teachers are as safe as possible! As an educator, I have my personal views about returning to school, and living in a current hot spot of the influx of COVID-19 cases (South Carolina) certainly doesn’t help. However, we must remain positive about it all regardless. Our children and teachers are returning to school, and there’s no sense in making a bad situation worse with a negative attitude. Here’s to expecting that even with going through this challenge, we’ll all figure it out and do our best!
